How can i find out how many plants i can legally grow? in California

i know the minimum is 8 ounces of dried marijuanna 6 flowering and 12 veg for anywhere in california, but how can i find out what the actual grow limit is for my city i know in Oakland (which is VERY close to where i stay)they can have up to 72 plants. i just wanted to know if anyone has an idea where i can find out the ACTUAL grow limit for my City thanks!! for medical use

there are many variables. it depends on state which you said california. then it can also depend on county or city ordinance. here in mi some cities have ordinances where even if your legit, you still cant grow. it also can depend if your medical user, caregiver, or both, and how many patients you have if your a caregiver. you could just call your non emergency law enforcement phone number. if your paranoid about using your phone use a friends or pay phone if they still exist in your area. if they ask for a name just give a fake one.

doctor hopkins in california issues 99 plants and 19 pounds in possesion, while my medi can says i can only grow 6 and my county only alows 6 but ive seen these perscriptions from this doctor i just dont seem 2 belive he says u can gow 99 im amazed by this and will go 2 doctor hopkins next year any thoughts?
