how can i get estimate of my yield?

i heard their are a few ways to calculate about how much i can expect to get out of my ebb and flow. is this true? if so what are the steps?

unfortunately you heard wrong. you have too many variables to tell before you get started. you dont know how much the plants yeild. the genetics play a role. environment plays a big role (temps, watering, humidity, ph, lights, nutes.....) if you want an accurate idea of how much your getting you have to grow what you want then when you get into flowering and actually have bud development you will have an idea of what you have....good luck
