Beagle, is it only caregiving that's being barred with this bills or is for patients as well?

They can't bar patients from being patients based their your criminal record. Caregiving and possessing plants is another story.

jonnynobody is correct...just caregivers.

Now Social Anxiety Disorder and Depression are currently not qualifying conditions. We need to petition which ever organization to have them added.

and also currently a physician must have a relationship with you before approved, in other words, they'll accept insurance for a doctor visit, then 100 bucks for the marijuana rec. mi.gov lists the qualifying conditions
