How can I help my young plant?

hey guys. Was wondering if you could give me a piece of advice on my plants? Unfortunately I cant really be specific about the soil any more than saying that it's soil for seedlings and clones. what it really contains wasnt specified on the bags. and also, it's mixed with a great proportion of perlite. it's now 17 days old after emerging from the soil. what Ive noted is that the leaves appear to be 'fluffier' than what they normally look. also, the tips seem to be hanging a bit. Theyve been given 20% percent of the recommended dose of NPK, 15-15-15, which has been fed while watering which I do every 3-4 days. but theyve only looked like this for two days. also, the soil was rather dry the last time I watered them which was now almost 48 hours ago. Im sorry for the messy message, and perhaps this isnt even the place to ask. having a difficult time searching on the phone. the strain is lsd from Barneys Farm. any idea is greatly appreciated.

1. it's a little early to be feeding... so stop that until you get a few full sets of leaves
2. i find checking the weight of the solo cup (or what ever your using) when it's dry so you can judge how heavy it is when it's wet. seedling might need watered once a week.. and don't soak it that is for plant with developed root systems
3. don't kill it with kindness it took me a few but i learned to just leave them grow (they do like when you talk to them) :)
happy growing

honestly your plant looks fine other than maybe a little heavy on the nitrogen
maybe feed it a little less until she gets bigger :)
and we always say......more light
keep us posted

Just uploaded a photo from last nights. tomorrow the plants are turning three weeks. would it be time to transplant into their 3-gl pots? they seem rather stuck. especially the one I want to mainline. the current pot is approximately a liter, but its no way near being filled up. appreciate any ideas :)

The first two photos show the current setup. The topped plant, LSD from Barney's Farm, is her that can be seen in the other two photos, which are about a week old. The seedling is Bubba Kush from Humboldt Seeds and the last one is a weakbudding indica from a friend of mine. The seed's from a female, pollenized by a hermie, and we are just really curious as to what will come of it. Any ideas are warmly welcomed, be it on mainlining, an easy, good soil recipe for their final flowering pots, or if you have some experience with LEDS, or the SGS in particular! Thanks :)! 20130922_000118.jpgView attachment 2831825View attachment 2831826View attachment 2831827

the girls had stopped growing for several days, so I decided to move them from their 1, 5lts to 5lts pots. the soil is: 30% common soil, 30% perlite, 25% humus and 15% peat. I hope for the plants to retake growth quickly! The LSD in particular had a complete mess of roots when lifted up for the transplant.

my plants are growing really slow. could it be a low ph that is slowing them down? they have been under the led for five days now and the progress is close to nothing. the 'lime' can be made from the fruit?
