how can i lower humidity in 4x4x7

temps are 82 humidity reading in 70's
6"x18" carbon filter attached to 6" 420cfm exhaist fan with 10' ducting
2 passive 6" intake ports open
1 40" tower fan inside oscilliating

why is rh so high and how can i drop it when i ready to flower

That's your problem. It's a bit tough to dehumidify the entire fucking planet.

The only way you're going to get any relief at all would be to buy a small dehumidifier like this one:

What you'll need to do is rig an exhaust for it by putting it up next to the tent and marking a hole to cut out for the exhaust. If you don't, your inside temperature will rise a bit. Probably not much with the ventilation you've already got going, but at least 2 or 3 degrees.

You'll have to empty the reservoir in the morning and evening I'm sure.

You still have the overall problem though of pumping outside humid air into your tent.

Sorry to say, but growing in a tent outside is about the most stupid idea I've ever heard of. You should have bought or constructed a cheap greenhouse if you were going to do that.

That would be much better. Most people grow in a spare bedroom. That way the air conditioning removes the vast majority of the humidity that is pumped into the tent to begin with.

About 90% of the people in the United States. It's not the temperature that makes it so hot, it's the humidity. You set your AC to just one or two degrees below the outside temperature and the cooling effect in the house is astronomical.

If you're in a fucking shotgun shack with no AC, can't afford to buy a cheap window unit, and can't afford anything else, then you would have been better served to just drop your seeds in the dirt out back and let them grow on their own.

If you wanted to use lights outdoors:
You should've built a greenhouse with supplemental lighting, instead of blocking the light that doesn't cost electricity.

Dehumidifier. Don't rig up an exhaust to try to vent the warm air out of the room. The warm exhaust air is the dryer air the dehumidifier created. If you vent the dehu you're just wasting electricity and money. Personally I'd get an inexpensive window a/c unit.
