With LED keep them 30k lux from canopy in flower, wattage depends on grow size area, same with cover area and most LED are full spectrum meaning they veg and flower. GL.

What does 30k lux from canopy in flower mean? I’m sorry I’m new!
To determine the best height from canopy for max yields use a LUX meter which is cheap on ebay (PAR meter is better if you can afford one) and set light when it reads 30K LUX from canopy in flower (50K for HPS)

Dude. Go read a guide and educate yourself. Come back when you have a better understanding and can ask more precise questions.

"I want to use things. How can I do this?!" Come on man.

basics to follow when using latest gen diodes (Samsung lm301b or lm301h, Bridgelux EB3, etc)

Veg - 15-20w per sf - 4000 to 5000k is usually best. "cooler" blue spectrums help keep the plants short and bush out, and keeps the internode length short

Flower - 30-40W sf - 2700k to 3000k is ideal - "warmer" reds help the plant to stretch and produce fatter frostier buds

Many people use 3500K for both flower and veg, if you are going to use a single spectrum and just dim it during veg stage.

If you can give us an idea of size of your space, length, with, height we can suggest some specific solutions.
