how can they sell international oddities "legal bud"

I dont understand this... the head shop in my area also sells "legal bud"
although i've never tried it... nor would I .. but how can they sell it ? no thc ? wheres it come from.. how do they grow it ? i mean doesn't it contain thc ? i'm stumped ? looks like bud... never smelt or felt it tho

no it does not contain THC, it is usually a mix of different smokable herbs pressed together to resemble bud. Nowadayz alot of the company's are using herbs like Kratom. So some them like the ones with Kratom can give you little bit of a "high" but usually they just give you a headache.
