How close should I have my light

Says 1.2-1.5m on the specs sheet.

You mean 30000?

1000lux 30cm from 24w x 4 quality t5's in 2ft lightwave unit 60x60x140cm tent no fan but say 50cfm extraction 17/7 light cycle sensi skunk - not my best just my current. Sorry nothing bigger atm.

I would argue they need no more light than this and will max out at 15,000lux then go into flower where they will slowly grow upto 30,000 lux

I guess i will get better over time but this is my present canopy lux tested tried and can yeild gram per watt hps with four week veg.

Shocks me how little light is needed, lower penetration comes more from indirect not so much direct light which is a small flaw for leds.

Another not very intresting fact is -

If you can see on the first true leaves there are some twists and edges turned up/down...

This was because they were too close, leaf working over time and twisted so pulled em back a few inches and they took off, two weeks later and bingo.

Distance is again subject to plant health, rooting seeds is a big learner here for light, they will grow upwards daily so if that stops just raise the light. This isnt a small squat compact plant, none much like being under a meter at harvest
