Botrytis wouldn't stop spreading indoors. Not worth it. Yes, it would slow down, but as the plant matures, trichomes turn amber, start falling off, and then bud rot kills the flowers on the plant. It's the cycle of life.Also if you see the rot starting you have a decision to make. You either pull it, or if possible move it indoors maybe. I've never had the ability to move them so I've pulled, not sure if it would stop inside. Once its there its fast and u can lose half a plant in a few days
