How do I flush my 10 gal plant I know it says 3 gallons to 1 gal of soil but I have a 10 gal pot and my water jug only holds 5 gal. I have florakleen can I use that instead of dousing?

You're suppose to flush once a month from everything that I have read and also what the dispensary told me to clear out salt build up.

If you've been over feeding then salt build up will occur.

Have you been over feeding?

Any burn symptoms or tox symptoms?

If not then no need.

If you want to flush then you'll have to fill up your five gallon jug six times. Maybe it's best to stick your plant outside or in a bath tub for the flush

I was trying to figure a way I don't have to move it because the plant is 6 foot tall and has some minor signs of a burn from nutes it is growing fantastic but I wanted to flush. It pretty much can't be moved because of how big and heavy it is , can I just use some florakleen ? Will that flush without having to do 30 gallons of water?

If you are that concerned just water with plain water a few extra times instead of with nutes.

Alright thanks, I usually only do nutes about 1 time per month because this plant is a slow drinker and hates to be watered so I only water her once a week, 2 gallons at a time.

raise that huge pot of the ground some inches, use block, and allow a garden hose to run over it well! ...equivalent to 30 us gallons, you time the water gushing forth, to give you an average, no hose use plastic trash bag, or trash bin even, no garden use your shower too?

Flushing is unnecessary unless you've been giving heavy nutes. Feeding once a month then flushing monthly as well will be detrimental if anything

how can I tell when to give nutes again? my plant never gets yellowing or looks hungry and when I gives nutes it burns my plant should I just wait it out or ?

If the amount you are giving is burning the plant then give less than normal.

What soil are you in?

How long has the plant been in the 10g?

plant has been in 10 gallon fabric container since early vegetative state. It is easily 6 foot tall now , my flowering room is 7 foot tall and my light is as high as it will go up and I had to build a scrog to keep it out of the light. Using a mixture for soil, Vermisoil mixed with perlite with hydro corn at the bottom. Very big and healthy plant.

highest ppm I have given plant was 700ppm grow 120ppm mixture of blend and plus total mixture 830ppm and it burned it I will back down nutes to 500ppm next feeding and mix half and half bloom/grow for the first time to transition to a different nute regiment.
