Man you got that right ,mites are big stubborn tough bastards. After I got rid of them ,[or so I thought] they would be back .Eradication is possible but timing is everything. Got to break up the sequence with the eggs. Hot shot no pest strip works great, but my Entomologist brother told me that I should switch back and forth between the pest strip,Spinosad and a insecticidal soap ,otherwise the mites will adapt to one you are using. Well I have the two but no soap yet. I have a couple new seedlings that are on their first stage of regular leaves and are picture perfect.I will keep a watchful eye on the color etc. they are next to the yellowed ones. a good indicator is if they keep up their deep lush color than ....NO MITES... CORRECT ? As far as getting a photo on here well ,never have accomplished that. the fireworks I got from my photos that I put on a disk from a 35 mm film camera.guess I could try from my phone camera I guess but they pretty much suck.

THANKS everybody ,oh yes I ceased spraying . One is a Backwater ,. A Barney's farm blue cheese the Alpine, Lemon Larry and a Royal Dutch SKUNK #1 So it's TLC and see if they come back.
Well some time has passed and sure enough the plants except for one have recovered nicely. The Blackwater is zooming and took to the topping and it looks like two plants, had to repot it. I would never of thought...however the first two fan leaves on it were pretty big, a real beauty with vigor before the mites had there way with it, so got rid of them mites with the hot shot pest strips and spray in conjunction with spinosad as in Captain Jack's Dead Bug spray, and when I introduced some Lady Bugs to the area they died or left for lack of food.....Then disposed of the soil...stopped the spray and tossed the pest strip. fresh organic soil and some worm castings and fish emulsion and all is just fruity.... MITES ...Game Over.
