What? I'd still feel uncomfortable but maybe that's just me, everyone's different. It might not be an intention at all, maybe he's just being um.. gentlemanly.

But does he do it to anyone besides the girlfriend?

If pnuggle's gf doesn't feel uncomfortable enough to say something to the old guy about it, what's the big deal? I mean, I could see if she was freaked out and scared and didn't know what to do...then by all means, he should help her out.

But she doesn't seem too concerned about it. And honestly, a kiss on the hand is far from molestation. If he was trying to cop a feel, that'd be dirty. But a kiss on the hand?

I've met older men who kissed my hand on first meeting me, I didn't take it as a dirty old man coming on to me, I just took it as a greeting.

didnt read the whole thread.. But if your GF is being harrassed it may be hard to prove in court or even to a D.A. for a charge.. So I would try my best to get solid evidence first.. Like video tape ( hidden ) or possibly audio recordings.. Audio would prolly be alot easir but will not hold as much value in court. Just know that the more evidence you have the better off you will be.

well, i got over it. i still dont find it cute, or amusing. im not in highschool. my bad for venting on here you guys, ive had a bad day. car door handle broke, car started shutting down, now I think someone put sugar in my gas tank(im taking it to the shop tomorrow to check out the jets and see if theyre clumped up). just a bad day. thanks for the funny replies though

Didn't read over the other replies, but i've had a friend that went through this same type situation.. His girlfriend was attending college, and her teacher (male, 30 years old) was giving her flowers and letting her know he's be willing to "help" her w/ her homework.. Yeah.. But anyways, here's some things to keep in mind..

1) Make sure your girlfriend has atleast 1-3, if not more individuals that have actually seen these acts and are willing to help when pursuing some sort of action against the teacher..

2) Talk w/ a lawyer.. Explain the situation, let them know you have other students at the school that have seen the alledged acts and are willing to help in the process..

3) Look at what options you have... Depending on your money situation, the hassle you're worth dealing with during the whole process of filing a complaint or whatever.. It might be easier to switch schools.. Sure, you would still want to look into some way of filing a complaint if not pursuing a full charge/action against the teacher once your girlfriend switches schools..

4) This is something that will be taken very serious by your lawyer and he will give you plenty of advice/options as to what to do.. If you have the $$$ to pursue this to the full extent, i'd listen to what your lawyer suggests and fork out the max. $$$ ammount to ensure this person gets what they deserve... That is, or course, as said you have the money to pursue it...

First step is talking to a lawyer.. Get word out to whomever you can get it out to.. Do some research, maybe this is something that this teacher has done in the past.. Your girlfriend could easily ask random friends/acquantinces if they've heard/seen anything uncalled for or bad behavior from that teacher..

You can get this person.. Just takes some time, some $$$ varying w/ the extent it's pursued, and of course patience as the process could take some time..
