How do I increase humidity in my drying room?

My harvest is out in the shed with a heater to keep the environment at the right temp. In the past, I've never had a problem with the humidity being at the right palce (45 - 55%), but this year due to an early harvest, and dry wind outside, my humidity has fallen to only 10%. Any ideas on how to increase the humidity?
