how do i keep plant small in height

hey guys i want to grow either G13 Skunk or G13 White Widow but i only have around 2 - 3 foot of growing room maybe 4 foot, so i need to keep the height down but would like good yields, is there any way to do this

Veg for a short period of time, flower early. Read Uncle Ben's topping info in advanced marijuana cultivation. That or buy dwarf strains in the future.
