They're looking good. You need to start examining the trichs (crystals) under magnification. An old school microscope works great and you can pick them up cheap (ebay - vintage microscopes). Or you can use a 30x loupe or a pocket microscope from Radio Shack. You need to trim off a piece from several places around the plant and look them over to estimate the percentage of trichs that have turned amber. At 25-50% it is ready, so plan your final flush accordingly.
PS Looking at the hairs is not nearly as reliable. Their color change can vary due to other factors and from strain to strain.
