How do I order from Attitude with a gift card?

I placed an order for Attitude and at the checkout I clicked "Pay over the phone or with multiple gift cards."

I only have 1 gift card to pay with, but I'm not sure how to.

Can someone help me out?

Well I already sent in for the order.

you should be able to enter in your gift card number online at checkout. hope it works out

you need to have a international gift card VISA and register it online its the only way with a gift card
