Water your plants like you normally would and make sure all parts of the soil are wet. Then flip the pot upside down and slowly ease the plant out of the soil. Put the stem of the plant between your two fingers and rock the pot back and forth and up and down. There you go.:peace:

gently shake the plant to get the soil out of the roots (it doesn't have to be completely gone, the roots will grow into the new soil) and the make a hole in the new soil for the plant to go into. make sure the hole is big enough to house the roots and then cover the stem up to the bottom branches with soil. give it a bit of water, and you're good to grow.

I've read about guys slicing the sides of their rootballs when they transplant with a razor blade. like four slices from top of earth the bottom.. I wouldn't do it, but the guy had pics and they did pretty good... so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
