Can be a lot of reasons. They look healthy. Just keep them looking healthy, and they'll do good.

They are small for a month old but they look healthy. They'll eventually hit a point when they have enough leaves to grow rapidly. Just make sure you're feeding them enough or they will be lanky. I prefer to enrich the soil rather than feed liquids outdoors especially in the ground. Sometimes it can rain 2 or 3 times in a week and you won't be able to feed them so they loose out on feed
Never seen that brand of myco before. Imo looks like cheap junk mixed with cheap nutes.
Check out promix mycos, or dynomyco.
When buying mycos ALWAYS look for viable spore count. Most cheap myco products will state xxx 'propogules' all that means is there's a piece of a spore it doesnt have to be viable. Propogules vs viable spore count. And the ultra junk won't even show any kind of count as they don't want you to know there's not much of what your paying for in there.

Gotcha. The soil has one bobcat scoop of mushroom compost 0.5-0.5-0.5 in it along with 12 cubic feet of peat moss and a few pounds of 5-3-2 dehydrated organic chicken manure. The rest is quality topsoil. I will look into those mycos for sure.

Ya your mix isn't too bad, I'd add perlite next time helps keep it loose and keeps some air in there.
Personally I dig a hole for each plant so it's at my waist when standing in it then I add whatever promix or peat/perlite and till it with the native soil then I add manure compost and till that. Then I add Gaia green, insect frass, bokashi, glacial rock dust, and diatomaceous earth till that up and plant with a dynomyko sprinkle
I just got my holes ready yesterday (that sounds fucked up)
