How are these looking for 13 days since I bought them (as clones)?

Low/Normal/High amount of growth?

Here is a picture of them in the chamber, sorry but fluorescent bulbs don't agree with my phone:

And a couple close ups:

Loads more pictures if you click the link in my signature. Thanks.

I wondered the same thing, they came like that from the club. Any cut leaves were like that from purchase and I have not cut any myself.

This picture from a few days after I got them shows the cuts in more detail:

If you bought them from a club and they came like that then the club was probably trimming brown off of the leaves so they would look healthier.

I have one went in dirt feb 18. it's just now twice the size it started. another is 5 or 6 times the size. I would think your are doing well.

Quite possible, I have never trusted clubs in my area. But they came disease/pest free at a relatively fair price, so I can't complain too much. Thanks for the heads up though.

IMO, the leave have been cut down to force the energy of light to root growth. Once the cutting has been taken, the goal is for it to shoot roots, so instead of the leaf absorbing all of the light for plant growth, its directed to root growth....hope that makes sense lol

lots of people cut the leaves of their cuttings to help them root, its totally normal. Are you only giving your pants light from the side? I've never seen anyone do this, but really like the idea. Your plants have a lot of nice internodes, maybe try giving them light from top and do some LST. Or not. Your plants are lookin real good:bigjoint:

EDIT:Oh i see the lights on top now... keep up the good work

you should really top them or train them. they are looking great and with the proper training they will be even better, plus they'll yield a lot more too.

I used the FIM technique of topping, hopefully that will help them grow into bushes.

Thanks for the advice.

Looking real good for 2 wks, Cannapharm is right, I do mine the same way, learned a new way to clone here on R.I.U. and have had a 99% success rate. all my leaves look like that till they grow out. But not in 2 weeks, man, that's great!!
