People aren't born Nazis. They become one when they realize how much of a loser they are. It doesn't have to be Nazi, though. He could just as well become extreme Islamist or radical Catholic or extreme Mormon. They all have more in common with Nazi ideology than mainstream society. I think it comes from being such a loser and the inability to deal with complexity, uncertainty and nuance.

So an armed person in Australia, who left people alone, but refused to "give up his guns" and comply with an arrest, would not be killed by Australian police ?

If you don't have a death penalty why are your police armed ? Why does Australia have a military ?

They are armed with Tasers, batons, pepper spray (?) and a side arm in case they are threatened or attacked by deadly force or to stop someone using deadly force.
Its the courts job to pass sentence not law enforcement.

Only they can have a gun? Lots of people have guns...Most of my friends have guns. Were cops always the good guys before they carried guns? How does a gun make someone good or bad? What is good or bad?
 
Mother in law had her specialist appointment yesterday- She didn't pay a cent. She starts back on chemo today. Not a bad timeline for social medicine is it?

I thought Australia banned all guns for regular citizens after blaming gun violence on a mental patient?

The police motto is, "to protect and serve," so by default that should make them a good guy. But I don't see that as possible when it's easier for them to stop those who threaten them, but what about when they threaten you?

In the US, in theory you're allowed to use deadly force if a cop is trying to murder you, rather than apprehend you as a bad guy.

That seems to me like a ban. Because I'm against guns being used for anything but personal protection. So if I were to try to obtain a gun they'd prevent me gun ownership on the basis of their draconian "non-gun ban" gun banning legislation for the real use of a gun.

or you could get one for hunting and not go hunting? or you could do a security course and get one for protection. Or, or or. Its not that hard mate...I don't know if your simple or just argumentative.
