how do u go about getting with a company as a beginning grower?

i cant seem to figure out how to get in touch with some of these people that grow it legally to go and work in colorado or california to work during trim season or otherwise can anybody give me any suggestions?????????

Try growing & curing your own first to show a proven track record that you know what you're doing. Generally a successful business person will hire people through word of mouth or because they see a proven history that the person applying for the job knows what they are doing.
