How do you calculate your lumen output?

can anyone give me a link, or calculate this for me?

2 X 25W 4000k cfl
2 X 28W 3000k cfl

=??

and what would be the lumen output of say a 150W HPS?

It usually says what the lumen output is on the package. Some are different then others. It depends on the color spectrum and some other variables.
