Foliar feed with a vegg food that is higher in nitrogen is the quickest way

fish emulsion...bloodmeal or salt peter would be my first choices

how do you know you have a N def?

Bottom 2 leaves are yellow and I'm in veg not flowering

What's folier feed ?

It's common for lower leaves to yellow a bit, can be from lack of light or underfeeding. I would try feeding them cause the food in your soil probably ran out
