I use a calendar to note when I flower a plant, then 4 weeks for a top dress, then 10 weeks for finished.
Then I also use poker chips laid on top of the soil -
- red is a top dress which they get when they go into flower and at 4 weeks
- blue is aloe watered in once after each top dress
- white is coco water added anytime after the aloe.
This works great because it doesn't really matter which day it gets those, just that it gets them at some point when it's thirsty.
I also like how it's easy to see which plant needs what at a glance, and that they are re-usable.
Beyond that I have also had a hard time getting any more organized than that. I find the veg room the hardest part to balace just right.
