You think its hot now, wait till you turn on a LIGHT in the room. You cant grow weed properly till you can get temps down to 80(f) daytime and 70(f) nighttime at the most.

hahaha yeah that with my 600 watt on dude this isnt my frst grow it my first ebb n flow i should i stated that but with almost 2000 posts i would think thats Obvious thanks anyway and my night temp is 65 and day is 85 so yeah.

maybe insulate the resovoir somehow? i havent done hydro before but been looking into it and heard of people wrapping their res in 3-4in thick foam tryin to maintain temps, also at your hydro store (if yu have access to one) they should have some kind of high strength hydrogen peroxide. the kind you buy in a general store is i think 3% and the stuff at hydro shops is 30-35% instructions say 1-5 drops per 5 gallons a day it sterilizes your res and also adds dissolved oxygen to the root system and cleans your lines.

I had good results light sealing my rez and using hygrozyme. No more white slime I had my first round. My rez temps vary from 68-74... for F&D you just need to keep the nasties away.

Hygrozyme alone will not keep the bacteria away in a res running over 80 degrees. It will only aid to feed the bacteria by breaking down organic root matter into viable food for the evil ones (being an enzyme product). If running Hygrozyme in a very warm res. I would choose to include h2o2. WIth that included, The cost of Hygrozyme is $$$ vs. Zone.

I don't know anything about weed, but I do know about mold. I use a product called Endurance BioBarrier that does not let mold or bacteria grow at all where it's applied. It lasts months and if it works on my jobs I'm sure it will work for yours.
