how do you prune a plant so it grows bushy?

does anyone have pics to show me where to prune plants? i want them to be bushy. last time i tried to grow i didnt get too much yeild because plant wasnt bushy enough

part the top nod and with your finger nails squeeze and rip the middle section out its called topping/fimming

Or you can LST by bending the main stem over to get more light to the lower branches.

or you can cut the fan leaves off as they get in the stems way giving more light to the stem, this does pretty much the same thing as l-s-t without the bending

cutting the fan leaves wont hurt anything? why dont i just cut all the fan leaves off then..

You top and it and fim it regularly... and most importantly... Lights all around the plant.
