Ya I need the joint format which was why I was panicking last month when they stopped selling the NTB cigarettes, anyway went onto amazon and bought my own ingredients mullien and raspberry leaf 1kg each £10 each and its spot on, mullien is actually a lung healer so you can't go wrong

The vaporising is def going to be the best for health reasons if one gives a fk but the couple of times I have tried it I ended up turning the heat up so much for to get a decent hit and them sure it's just the same as piping or bonging anyway every one to their own....time for a j which are few and far between these days but enjoyed all the more. Peace

I pretty much only drop gravs , and that's the way it's been for the last 5 years.
Saves the most. Gets me the most stoned.

Lol just noticing that, not much of a survey, actually just thinking I twitched and pressed the wrong button after the vaporiser option, you def get more stoned on the bongs and that but do you not think it's easier to smoke more shit all round?
