How does the silk road work?

What if mining is the government paying hackers to figure out where we live and what we are buying. But the hacker don't even know that's what they are doing. Because the blocks they mine come from the code of each transaction made with bitcoins.

Why start another Topic? Is the Hidden Valley like Ranch Dressing, or like the Hidden Valley Gang community? Or are you talking about the deep web? I think anything I figure out about the deep web will be posted here, the Silk Road is a good way to get introduced to all that. I still haven't been on very many deep wed sites, and I really don't want to because I hear there are lots of predators looking to take control of all your shit. And I don't want to just go exploring for now reason, I'd rather stay on a trusted deep web site.

This is gonna be the new version of "Penny Stocks". I bet there are already people that ONLY buy bitcoins so that they can sell them for more than they bought them for. Just wait till they are $10 ea, buy like 10 coins. Wait till the market turns around (from people like you hoarding coins), and you can sell that $10 coin for $20-30 which is a 100-200% Profit margin, and turns $100 into $200-300. And the more coins you buy the more you make in the end. Just look up the terms "Bull" and "Bear".

So apparently there are plenty of places to get free bitcoins. But nothing substantial, basically, if you don't have enough for shipping, 1-3 days of free bitcoin sites will get you what you need.
