Looks a little droopy, usually a sign of over watering.
What are the watts on those CFLs?
how big is that space? eventually you might want 2 rows of the CFLs like you have instead of one.

Also your for sure gonna want to give the plants some bigger pots.
3 gallon pots work great in a small space.

also get something to catch the runoff for those pots, itll save you the mess, and the soil will drink that back up

its look alright but u need to get 42w CFLs..and a Y splitter for each socket so u have 8 42w..for veg give em 2 2700k and 6 6400k..flower the opposite..and ur gunna need some perlite in that soil to help with drainage..when u transplant mix 1/3 perlite..good luck

Thanks for the input guys, Ill get right on with the upgrades!
Here is some more specifics.
I have 4 6500k cfls i think they are 26 watt replacements for 76watt on Y splitters, 2 bigger cfls idk what the brightness is but i know it is a little less than the smaller ones. Oh and both sets are daylight i do remember that.
The space I'm growing in is 25" wide, 35" high, and 18" deep.
Right now the plants are in a home made soil that has had great success for my dad and his outdoor plants.
3 fans on pulling air in, one blowing out, and one circulating the air.

Thanks man, so about 2-3 days between watering?
it all depends when it dries out, i go a week when i start seeds in half gallon pots. when the soil is dry then water. you will not harm the plant by letting the pot dry out b4 watering. the plant will grow faster to because the roots will grow faster. if the soil stays wet the roots wont grow because they dont have to find any water. roots are everything, bigger roots bigger fruits.

I went to check on my plant tonight, and seen that one of the fan leafs has dissaperad, one of the 1st 2 to come out has been eaten or cut off. Will this affect its growth?

its usually not too good to lose any greenery until they are mature (showing sex & alternating nodes) thats usually when i start trimming a tad. Also in my experience home made soil made for tomatoes & peppers is a pain to grow MJ in everything needs to be of good quality, good ph, & good drainage. I would recommend finding a hydro store and getting some fox farm ocean forest or pro-mix or something & nutrients cant hurt. Also listen to humbolt14 that dude knows whats up. Good luck mate
