It's half dead 
I dunno I'm a newbie but I would put a stake in the soil to support it after topping up the soil a bit. Then I would make sure I used some properly PH balanced water and 1/4 strength nutrients and give it a good soaking then leave it alone for a couple of days and see how she does.

The leaves look like that cause of a stress that the plant went through, and it is an actual symptom of a stress related problem

It's not my plant, I just posted this to prove a point to someone who keeps trying to convince people that this plant is "amazing" and "beautiful" and the most successful LST experiment ever (LOL!).
I won't name any names, but the same person insists on doing stupid, abusive things to plants.
I'm against plant abuse of any kind, especially when it's a cannabis plant.

not sure it was transplant shock or just hard water as seedling. with some tlc anything can look good
