How does this sound?

A friend who lives in Canada said he would send me some seeds. I am in the US. He said he'll put it in a box with other stuff inside and another box with stuff inside. He has done it before by hiding them in the perforated cardboad. I don't know what do you guys think?

i think you have nothing to worry about.. just make sure he sends it regular unregistered mail and not through like ups or fed ex.. there are soooo many packages going through the postal service on a regular basis that they can't possibly catch him i would think..
best of luck.. what kind of seeds he sending you, anything tasty?

Is it then transfered to USPS?

He's gonna send a couple strains.

Seedbanks do it all the time. As long as your friend has a little bit of common sense he should have no trouble getting it through to you.
