How far can 1 105W CFL Get me?

You could veg them for at least two weeks with it, but remember cfls need to be kept close to the plant so that'd be difficult. Also you'll want a 2700k bulbs for when you start flowering.

What do you think about growing the plant from start to harvest with just the one bulb?

you could do it, but your yield will suffer. flower is the important part, you'll want the light spectrum provided by the 2700k during flowering. it's one more bulb, and it's worth it!
