How far should my lights be in flower?

The plants look pretty healthy to me. You can check the light company's recommendation and then run the lights on the low end of the range as long as there is no light burn or bleaching. Use something to raise the shorter plants to even out the canopy, if possible.

Looks like you’re running a Mas Hydro TS2000 or 3000, for flowering your light should 12” above canopy, for veg it should be 18” above canopy. if it’s a TS2000 it should be covering a foot print of no more than 3’ x 3’ in flower, if it’s the 3000 it can cover a footprint of 4 x 4 in flower.
