My doctor was very serious about it, kinda took me by surprise since she was a Med Recom doctor. If you have documentation and a real medical condition its pretty easy, (I need it for my stomach condition). Best of luck dude!

My card was very easy to get but I have a legitimate chronic pain issue so it isn't like I was cheating the system.

Ugh chronic pains OK? Will my glaucoma fly if DOD sited in my disability doc's issued by the federal government? I wonder if the FED's would bust me if the FED's are the ones that issued me this terrible disease. LOL

I called an group that advertised in the local free paper and they said if I have a letter from my md or chiro doctor that stated I've had chronic pain for more than a year that they will approve me.

My chiro letter with letterhead reads;

This is to notify you that XXXX XXXXX has been suffering from chronic lower back pain and has been receiving treatment at our office since 2008. If you have any questions please call XXX-XXXX.
Sincerely,
XXXXX XXXXXX

Should this be good enough?
