how high is your screen?(scrog)

On my first scrog I had the screen 7" about the containers and it worked great, just wondering what others use and is there any benefit to different heights?

Higher screens make for easier watering and maintenence, but lower screens result in shorter veg times.

I personally would decide my net height based on the size of my grow. Micro or small grows would be as low as possible, but larger grows would require a bit of height so I could reach under the canopy for watering and leaf removal etc.
