Been a while, since March.
Ohio passed as you know. My first year for outside.
Inside may be easier.
I have 10 6-8 foot plants. Mostly indica.
I found a couple brown buds with worms last week.
Went into panic mode! I have turned 6000 ladybugs loose. Covered the tops of the plants with tulle.
Every day I look for turds, brown leaves and look for worms.
I have hundreds of beautiful buds, about two weeks from harvest.
What can I save? I found a total of 6 worms.

Question. If I harvest, can the worms keep destroying the buds 20240911_185733.jpg20240911_185723.jpgScreenshot_20240911_190204_Photos.jpgin the cure room?

Nice grow! Welcome to outdoor growing where you wage war on mold and caterpillars.

Ladybugs will help with aphids but not worms. The only thing I've found to work for worms is BT

I spray once every 3-4 days if I have an infestation.

From there it's a game of cutting off moldy buds until you cant take it any more and harvest the whole crop. Those look more like a month away from harvest.

i spray mine with spinosad every 4 or 5 days. I give my plants a hydrogen peroxide bath and a double water rinse first thing after harvest. Get yourself a ladder for the best possible view of them

All of that water, will it kill the mold?
I'm confused, is mold a plant disease? Or do worms start the mold?
I'm afraid it will spread in my 60/60 cure room.

You should be cutting all the black or discolored mold away as you find it. I wash mine to clean all the dirt,BT & Spinosad off. I hang and dry my wet plants in my greenhouse with a few fans blowing on them.
