I use a strong intake and exausht fan industrial power 8" inline cost me around 200$ US each the most CFM I could find I beleive its between 900 and 1200CFM I forget - my intake blows to underneath my plants and exausht out from the light. I also have fans blowing along the top of the canopy, for me my room stays between 70F and 80F in summertime this way, our weather is pretty simuliar to UK in the summer is an average of 80F with peaks at 95F outdoors during day with night time being between 65F and 80F, I run my lights at night also, I do not restrict any airflow with filters and instead I use ONA gel which I think works better for smell anyway. I have no AC and my room dimension is about 10x7 for flower and 11x7 on the veg side...This is seperated by a tarp and each side has its own intake and exausht.

i stood on my thermometer months ago so i've adopted the ignorance is bliss approach :) i just rely on a powerful exhaust fan

In the last month I just purchased a inline out-take & that has made my temps drop by at least 8 degrees, just make sure you get lots of air circulation & have as many windows open as possible.. I live at the top of a block of flats so it gets really hot up here esp in this muggy British weather.. You could buy one of those portable air-cons if it's a real prob, they cost like 50-80 quid in B&Q

If you're tent temps are 90 or over then that's when you should start worrying I guess.. anything below that is okay.. saying that I have seen grows with the temp hovering over 90 with no probs..depends how tolerant the strain is to excessive temps..
.. ONA gel is great, I have a tub of the Fresh Laundry scent & just take the lid off when the folks are over & works almost instantly great stuff..

not really it's intended use, but can people not use c02 in high temperatures to alleviate the issues caused by the temperatures? (as far as i'm aware plants can grow at higher temps when adding c02)
