Ok stoner's and growing..hahah well let me start of by saying this is my first good grow.I live in a really good hot climate.They are about 3 weeks old.Please give me some advice and take a look at them.How are they doing?

yeah you definitely need to get some more light on them, theyve stretched pretty bad.

Ok Well they are outside right now...I had them inside thats when they started to stretch.So I put them outside.Any other Tips?

yeah i noticed that. You might want to get some fans on them to make the stems stronger. When you re-plant them you need to plant them as deep as you can

Looks like there's alot of stretching, try moving the light closer. what type of lighting are you using ?
