Your upper leaves are def stressed. Have you get it? Those yellow/ lime green leaves are ok but you want to correct it.
Meaning it will live but if it continues to get worse it wont.. or won't do much for you

I guess new growth is lighter color.. so as long as it grows out of it

yea its usally light green but when it grows it goes to that dark olive green
