Hello all. I have a auto ww outdoors she is 8 weeks into flower and was not producing anymore white pistols then all of a sudden is covered in them all over again. Is this normal and how much longer do you think till harvest?

Those are great looking. I'm no one in a position to give advice but I would say you have earned the right to chop them anytime you would like in the next 7 to 10 days. What are your trich pictures taken with? I cant get such clear pics. Nice job.

Ok then. Those are called trichomes, that where the buzz comes from bro.
They start clear... that will give to a rush cerebral high.
Then they go cloudy... thats when THC is at its highest. Good body and head high.
Then they start getting ambers... the ambers are how most people judge if its done. Ambers are the couchlock body high.
I personally like a variety, i got some strains I harvest at first sign of ambers. Others I let get to about 30% ambers for a real stony sleepy high. Its about what you like.
More to it than that but thats the basics.
Those pics are amazing. If its your first grow your hooked my man. Thats going to be magnificent smoke if you dry and cure properly.

Yeah thanks alot.
I definitely need more practice with drying and curing. I had another plant that was a growing with the one in the pics ( def rookie mistake harvested too early) dried for 11 days average rh 55 to 60% then in jars. The jars were a consistent 60 to 62 rh but still got that hay smell.

I'm a recreational guy so I like the high, but its done wonders for my ptsd too.
