I definitely need more practice with drying and curing. I had another plant that was a growing with the one in the pics ( def rookie mistake harvested too early) dried for 11 days average rh 55 to 60% then in jars. The jars were a consistent 60 to 62 rh but still got that hay smell.

Leave them in jars, let them cure, they will bounce back in about a month. Patience.
 
one thing worth mentioning is that buds mature at different rates on the plant. A bud on side at bottom might mature at a different rate than the top will. I think that's why wazzup wants more pics of buds, close ups can be deceptive.
