How is this plant doing ?

Hey guys, so this plant is a cbd strain . Afghan Skunk cbd . I found a seed back early April and started it . My question is , when is this thing going to start flowering ? I keep it outdoors mostly. I'm getting worried it's not flowering yet ?

Assuming it’s a photoperiod plant. If you’re outside in the northern hemisphere, then it should start mid to late August.
