How long after switching to soil can I flower

I had plants with root rot in hydro and I switched to soil to make things easier. I cut off a lot of roots on 2 (everything that wasn't in the mesh bucket lid) and one I was able to just slide out because it has small roots because it's not as old.
They arnt drooping at all, I do see some discoloration tho. I want to switch over to flower really bad. Do they need to fully recover first? How long does that take and how will I know? I did this 3-5 days ago. The one I did 5 days ago looks great. The only one I have a slight concern for is the biggest one. It's getting more yellowing than the other did, but not drooping so I think it may be okay.

How do I know when I can change the lights over? When should I feed it flowering nutes should I just start off with benificials? I don't want to burn them or anything. I've never done this before I didn't even know it was possible.
I'm using just right light and the entire Advanced Nutrients line.
Thanks

yeah they need time to recover i wouldn't even think about flower until its not only 100% healthy, but i wouldn't flower until you see new obvious growth starting that way you know they've recouped and are healthy enough to take the switch

I've taken moms from guys before that had unhealthy moms and put them into our system it did the same thing droop responded odd for about 4-5 days but it really took about 10-14 days for the plant to really recoup and show growth ..

Did you do anything about the rot besides trimming the roots?
Washed them under a tub faucet on full blast. I already did h2o2 it went away and the came back.
Would a foliar spray of B-52 and voodoo juice help them recover? 6mL B52/ 4 mL voodoo per gallon
(By advanced nutrients)
