There is a plot of plant they have been under water for like maybe 14 hours so far i cant get to them do to all closed roads due to massive flooding do they have any chance of making it a day or 2 or are they doomed
Depends if we're talking about the whole plant is submerged in water or just the first foot of it. It also depends if we're talking about moving flood water or sitting water.
If you have a large plant that's in say a foot of standing water you're probably OK for another day. But once the plant in submerged all bets are off, water helps tissue break down fast.. Best of luck to ya.
ok i forgot to ad that they have been tied yp and put trash bag over i went to them in middle of night last night and to my surprise no water got to them so i uncover it and seen a few brown leaves and small bud a lil brown do u think its mold or where sun got bag hot then burned it
Cut out the infected area. Then spray your plant with a mix of water and milk. Use about a teaspoon of milk per gallon of water. Repeat the spraying again after 5 or so days. You can look around the forum and see peoples posts about the milk spray. There are also products that you can buy and spray but the milk is pretty simple and safe.
