How long do i flower a mother plant?

Hey everyone i just have a question about turning a female plant into a mother plant... I have a plant that i just put into flower a few days ago and the plant is about 6 weeks old, and i already found out the sex is female. It has white pistols coming out already and is looking really good but my question is HOW LONG DO I KEEP THE FEMALE PLANT IN FLOWERING BEFORE I TURN IT BACK INTO VEG?

if you went to 12/12 just to see what the sex is then id go ahead and switch back to 18/6

if you can next time you just want to find out the sex

take a cutting and put the clone on 12/12

that way you wont have to throw your whole plant into flower just to find out !!

yah, i agree with everyone else.. take her out of 12/12 asap, and put her back under 24 hours of light for about a month or so, and you should start to see some new vegetive growth, at which point you can cut the hours down to whatever you prefer to use for vegetive growth..

Sex one branch! I would put one branch in the dark, 12/12. No stress and it works!
you already know the sex so take her out if you want to continue growing her, though this might stress her out!
