how long do you flood your table for?

some say 15 minutes after lights come on and 15 minutes before lights go off. what are your tables running at?

Transpiration before irrigation is the general rule
Seems you're doing it right.

For over a century every 6 hours I would flood and drain my rockwool half way up the cube.
Rains around the world at all times.

I used to flood every 3 hours during lights on for roughly 15 minutes each time.

I have an ebb and flow table with a cover that has holes cut in it for the 8 inch net pots. The pots are suspended into the ebb table through the holes as well as the roots once they are established. I flood once every hour 24 times a day since for 15 minutes. It’s like nft the way its setup.

flood and drain buckets, i flood every 2 hours for 15 min. around the clock. from clone to harvest.
