How long do you trim for in one sitting?

Kill my curiosity. I usually aim for a minimum of 16h every sitting but usually manage to do 18h at a time before i try to sleep a little bit and start again. In order to maximize efficiency, I only take a few piss breaks and i wear a camel water backpack and kinda eat before starting an @ODanksta style meal to avoid wasting time eating. I also listen to a strand of drum and bass called jump up makes me do shit fast, this a set i like to listen to when trimming:

When the harvest comes in there will be some kind of time table involved depending on how you cut, hang, dry, and cure. I prefer getting as much hung for drying - usually done in one day. That starts a time for them to be taken down and begin curing and making some bubble hash. Once the curing starts that's just one more thing to do during the day. Without a crew of trimmers you're stuck doing everything. It's a thankless job!

I've done up to 18 hrs. a day getting it chopped and hung - Other 18 hr. days weighing and jarring...

I really need to switch jobs. Trimming bud sounds a lot better than having guests give your waitstaff shit and fixing clogged toilets and air conditioning and fans and comping meals and pouring drinks and having kids not show up and scheduling vacation days off and band aiding cuts and dishwashers getting drunk on the job and Viking not honoring warranties and idiot employees fucking eachother and money missing and my penis getting smaller

throw an 8 ball at a few boppers...
and they can get their ~5lbs in the week i ask trimmed up. and thats all i need to know
i dont trim weed anymore personally. i do have permanent trimmers. i give them a (crappy) spare room in the grow house, give them an allowance of bud, and provide 1 meal a day, on top of payment for trimming. usually no more than 8-10hrs everyday with a couple breaks..

I only have to trim about 11 oz. at a time every 2 weeks, but I still fucking hate it. It takes me about 8 hours, that's with plenty of breaks. I used to get a stiff back and tension headaches, but @Trousers gave me some good advice to set a timer and do shorter spurts. I try to take a break every hour: smoke a cig and some scissor hash, pour more coffee, and recline in my chair for about 15 minutes. I usually do People's Court and Dr. Phil marathons on the dvr, as I don't need to look much at the tv with those shows, but sometimes I'll just make a massive playlist. @KLITE, I sometimes do some Squarepusher, that shit does make one work faster...

I shoot for 6ish Too old and sore.
I like it trimmed my way so don't outsource.
Takes me a few days of that to do 3lbs or so.
Im pretty fast and I trim wet so I leave what Im not trimming on the plant so
I can take my time.

I haven't used one of the mechanical spinny trimmers before and people seem to prefer doing it by hand so I'm wondering why.

My longest trim session was 12h, my fingers were in agony and I started hating the job.

I usually do one plant then take a break. I aim for very large productive plants though so each plant averages 3-5 zippers. Sometimes one plant seems to take forever.

Beer is what keeps me sane.

I just wanna know what day Klite is trimming and I'll be straight round there a week later! I've run out! :)

Literally smoked all the shit laying around the house and I'm relying on you now!

mechanical trimmers lack the ability to do a top notch trim job.
However not everyone wants to pay for top notch.
If I had acres of weed Id go mechanical.
I will never have that problem so I strive for small batches of good quality.
