HOw long does it take till the florwering stage

My plants are about 4 weeks old how much longer till they start to flower.

they wont flower until you kick back the light cycle to 12/12

my plants showed preflowers between 6-7 weeks under continuous light (24/0). so you have atleast 3 more weeks that is if you don't force it to flower.

i have a plant but i have an apartment inspection in 2 months i have been put in outside but they spray some insect ides and i want to harvest before inspection its about 5week old and i brought it inside
