how long does it take to hand trim 1 puond?

im averaging 1 and a half to 1 and 3/4 a plant. man that kinda sucks but thats what I get for cutting them down a week early. I have sum that are barley passing 8 weeks they better be at least 2 a plant

if i remove the branches and leave straight away, will they dry much faster then leaving the branches?

Strip the plant as much as possible before drying. If you leave a bunch of leaf on, it will wilt down and could sick to the bud. I cut a branch, and clean it and hang it whole. Check out the tutorial if you haven't yet:

Should I assume that all these times quoted are for the weight after they dried?

yes, that is dry weight. i trim it wet though.
