How long does it take you?

To trim roughly a pound solo by hand? I've been sitting here since yesterday afternoon and I'm beginning to believe that I'm the slowest trimmer ever. This is only my second grow, so I'm not the most experienced. Although I'm very thorough when I'm cleaning up my nugs.

So, how long does it take you?

ahahah i had 8 plants with out having my cousin, bro, n bros girl help me i woulda been same boat you are.... took 4 people 8 hrs of non stop trimming.. but i like trimming my buds neat...

I only have 7 plants. And each one is a full tray. This is the one I just finished. And I wish I had help, but like I said, it's all Han Solo for me.

Wow, just saw the pics get posted, looking frosty, mang!! How many grows under your belt? Soil? What brand of nutes?

I used to love my rides to Ann arbor to pick up dank. I would be the only guy in my area with options. Even when I would only pick up a half pound, I would still come back with like 10 different kinds.

A long ass time..I'm getting one of those pro trimmer spinners for next harvest..worth the 150$ IMO

Not sure yet. But I'm expecting over 3 pounds and there's only 3 of us to trim it so I guess I'll find out soon exactly how long it takes me to trim 1 pound :P

It takes me about 8-10 man hours to trim my 6 plants by hand and I am pretty anal about nicely trimmed buds.

Last harvest for me was 439g dry from 4 plants.


It took 3 people 3 hours to complete.

Roughly 45mins a plant. Almost 4oz on each plant.

lol ya man solo not the way to do it. u dont have any dudes/girls you trust enough to smoke up on a blunt and help you trim?
nothing like a good trim party. last yr had 3 plants about 12 oz took 3 ppl about 2 hrs.... and thats stoned. imagine if we waited till
after to burn?...... we never wait till after haha.

I use one for my bottom nugs I keep for myself. One thing to keep in mind is some of those spun nugs will still need a little trim again after the spin. It does save time though but all my patients meds are hand trimmed. I just found quite a few broken resin glands after the spin so I don't use mine much anymore.

Either I have a lot more pot than I thought or I am just super slow. And there's people I trust sure, but my girl kept missing and cutting off chunks of nugs last time so she's out. And my cousin doesn't take as much care as I do. Oh we'll, number 5 down.
